f95 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the f95 platform at f95.vin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the entire agreement between you as a registered user and f95 with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit or use any service provided through f95. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.

These terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) and are intended for use by residents and players based in Pakistan. All monetary references throughout these terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use f95 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. f95 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on f95.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any identification documentation requested during account verification.
• You confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion request currently in effect on f95.

f95 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or if account activity raises compliance concerns. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on f95. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be identified and the additional accounts closed. Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Rules

Once your f95 account is active, you are responsible for all activity that takes place within it. You must keep your login credentials – your username and password – strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. f95 will never ask for your password via support channels.

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits, bets and withdrawals made from your account are authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify f95 support immediately. f95 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login details.

• Do not use automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the f95 platform in any way.
• Do not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to reversal.
• Do not engage in any form of collusion with other players on casino games or sports betting markets.
• Do not use the platform in a manner intended to launder funds or circumvent financial regulations.

f95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. Account closure may be accompanied by forfeiture of any remaining balance where fraudulent or abusive conduct is confirmed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at f95 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). f95 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and select mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods and applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your f95 account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule. f95 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. f95 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that does not belong to the account holder. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed if a bonus is active on your account.
• f95 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger PKR amounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a casino game or betting wallet. Please verify the amount before confirming any deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

f95 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become available for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be bet thirty times before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements – the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonuses claimed under false pretences or through the creation of duplicate accounts will be voided and the account may be closed.
• f95 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Placing bets above the maximum allowed stake while a bonus is active may result in winnings from those bets being voided.

Cricket and PSL promotions are offered on a seasonal and event basis. These carry the same wagering and eligibility rules as standard bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Sports bonus funds are typically restricted to use in the sports betting section only.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available at f95 – including slots, live casino tables, card games and game show titles – are supplied by third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by f95 or by players.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and reflects the theoretical long-term average return. RTP figures are published by the game provider and may be available within the game's information panel. f95 does not alter RTP settings from those supplied by the provider.

• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the round outcome may be void. f95 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures that are outside the platform's control.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels and other gaming equipment operated by professional dealers in real time. These outcomes are final once the dealer has confirmed the result.
• Players must not use any external software, tools or strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot rules set by the game provider. Jackpot eligibility requirements are stated within the game.

f95 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, misconfigured paytable or software bug has produced results inconsistent with the game's normal mathematical parameters. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

7. Sports Betting

The f95 sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports and a range of other sports. Cricket markets include PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral test series and ICC tournament fixtures. All sports bets are placed and settled in PKR.

Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by f95. f95 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided. Where this occurs, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available and selected by the player before the relevant event concludes.
• Bets on cricket matches that are abandoned or called off without a result will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and the odds at the time of confirmation may differ from the odds at the time the bet was submitted. The confirmed odds at acceptance are the odds that apply to settlement.
• Multi-bet accumulators require all selections to be correct for a win. If one event in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that selection.
• f95 uses official scorecards, match referee decisions and relevant governing body results as the basis for bet settlement. Social media reports or unofficial sources are not used for settlement purposes.

f95 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or winnings for any player on any market at its sole discretion. This may apply where betting patterns suggest arbitrage, match fixing awareness or other forms of advantage play inconsistent with standard recreational betting.

8. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

f95 maintains active monitoring systems to detect fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse and money laundering. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the following conduct are subject to immediate suspension and investigation:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using another person's payment details for deposits or withdrawals.
• Coordinating bets with other players to exploit market pricing or promotional offers.
• Using automated betting software, scripts or bots of any kind.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market using separate accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing false identity documents or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, misconfigured games or incorrect odds.

Where fraudulent conduct is confirmed, f95 reserves the right to close the account permanently, forfeit any remaining balance and report the matter to relevant financial authorities where required. f95 cooperates with payment providers and other platforms where cross-platform fraud is identified.

9. Privacy and Data

f95 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform. The types of data collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and the rights you have over your personal information are described in the f95 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account at f95, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

• f95 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and banking institutions is limited to what is necessary to process the relevant transaction.
• You may request a copy of the personal data held about you or request corrections to inaccurate data by contacting f95 support.
• Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all data. f95 retains transaction records and account information for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

f95 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for adults. Gaming on f95 is intended purely as entertainment. It is not a way to generate income, cover financial obligations or recover previous losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Requests to raise a limit require a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion for a fixed period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and prevents login and deposits for the selected duration.

11. Limitation of Liability

f95 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. • f95's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of the relevant transaction in dispute.
• f95 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational damage.
• Game and bet outcomes that have been correctly processed and settled according to the applicable rules are final. f95 is not liable for player dissatisfaction with outcomes that have been correctly determined.
• f95 is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or continued availability of third-party game software supplied by external studios.

Nothing in these terms limits f95's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

f95 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date shown at the top. Where changes are material, f95 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact method on their account prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the f95 platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
